The Journal of Climate and Community Development (JOCCD) is an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed international journal published by the Institute for Educating Environmental Resilience and Governance (IEERG). Recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and ranked in the Y-Category for 2024–2025, the journal publishes empirical research, theoretical papers, case studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. JOCCD emphasizes interdisciplinary contributions on topics such as climate change, community resilience, food security, sustainable development, and technological innovations. With an average desk review time of one week and a peer-review period of four weeks, it maintains an acceptance rate of 72%. Submissions are welcomed from a range of disciplines including environmental science, sociology, gender studies, and cultural studies. While submission is free, a minimal processing and publication fee is required.
